Criteria for Board Membership

The following criteria for Toccoa Falls Alumni Association Board Membership is taken from the TOCCOA FALLS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION CONSTITUTION


Article 4
Membership

4.1 Regular Members: All graduates. Regular Members may vote and hold office in this organization.

4.2 Associate Members: Past students who successfully completed at least one full semester. Associate Members may vote and hold office in this organization.


Article 5
Officers and Board Members

5.4 Certain criteria and consideration should be given to the following when composing selections and making nominations, etc.:

  • at least one member must be an alumnus/alumna for longer than 25 years
  • at least one member should be an alumnus/alumna from the former Toccoa Falls High School/Academy
