2. Alumni House/Bandy Cottage
In 1924 Susie and Jack Ralls built one of the original Sears and Roebuck catalog homes on the old Haddock Inn site. It was purchased by Mr. and Mrs. William Martin in 1932 and became known as the Martin house. During the 1950s it became the home of our second president Dr. Julian Bandy.
Today it is used as the Alumni House and Advancement offices. This marker is donated by the former presidents of the Toccoa Falls Alumni Association.
