Jacqueline (Barber, 1990) Holloway
Jacqueline Barber Holloway, 37, of Moultrie, died Friday, October 17, 2008, at her home.
Funeral services were on Monday, October 20, at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Rev. John Eubanks and the Rev. David Oaks officiating. Interment followed in Cobb Suncrest Memorial Gardens.
Casketbearers were Michael Dean, John David Dean, Chris Alford, Tim Green, Jay Arwood, Trey Akins, Bret Demott, and Brandon Demott.
Raymond Myers (1935)
Rev. Raymond Paul Myers, 95, fought the good fight, finished the course, kept the faith, and on September 11, 2009, received a crown of righteousness from his Lord and Savior.
He was born on May 17, 1914, to George Ellis and Rhesa Myrtle (Lutton) Myers, the fourth of fourteen children, and raised in Anderson, Indiana, graduating in 1932 from Anderson High School.
Rev. Myers graduated in 1935 from Toccoa Falls Bible Institute in Georgia; and was ordained by the Evangelical United Brethren Church at Indiana Central College in Indianapolis. He was fully licensed as a minister in 1946 and served as a minister for more than 60 years.
Ian Taylor (1998)
Ian Taylor, age 33, of Royston, died Saturday, August 22, 2009. Services will be at 4:30 p.m. Monday, August 24, 2009, at Middle River Baptist Church. Interment will be in Franklin Memorial Gardens - North. Survivors include wife Lori Allen Taylor; son Ethan Taylor; sister Melissa Fletcher; father Stanley Taylor Jr.; mother Joyce Poncharik; grandmother Dolly Taylor; step-mother Thelma Taylor. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston has charge of arrangements.

David Cummins (HS 1947)
Dr. David Cummins died at his home in Dunbarton Estates in Decatur, Alabama, on August 13, 2009, from complications due to cancer. Surrounded by his wife and family members, he slipped peacefully into the presence of his Lord Whom he so faithfully served for nearly 60 years.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years—Mary Lee (Ballard, 1947) Cummins.
William (Bill) Perrault (HS 1946)
Dr. William (Bill) Lawrence Perrault, born January 17, 1929, made his final journey to be with his Lord on August 3,2009, while surrounded by his loving wife and family. He was a resident of Pasadena, Texas for the last 37 years.
Bill honorably served our country in World War II in the Army Air Force, and upon his discharge, he continued to serve as an officer in the police force in Detroit, Michigan and then as a Sergeant for the City of Houston Police Department.
Margie Cundiff Kerr (former faculty)
ROYSTON, GA - On Friday, May 8, 2009, Margie Cundiff Kerr passed gracefully into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her spouse Reverend Dr. Scott Kerr preceded her in death.
She was born July 11, 1923, in Akron, Ohio. She was the wife of Reverend Dr. Scott Kerr. Dr. and Mrs. Kerr pastored Baptist churches in Gardner, Massachusetts; Stockholm, Maine; Tallulah Falls and Canon, Georgia. They also served as missionaries in the Philippine Islands.
Curtis Lee Sullens (HS 1943)
Curtis Lee Sullens Sr., age 83, of 1025 Falls Road, Toccoa, died at his home Sunday, June 14, 2009.
A son of the late Jessie Lee and Nancy Kinser Sullens, he was born October 18, 1925, in Stephens County, Georgia where he had lived all of his life. He was a World War II veteran having served in the U.S. Army.
Delaney Frye (HS 1959)
Delaney "D.D." Reid Frye Sr., 76, of 552 Oakwood Circle, Lexington, died Wednesday, May 13, 2009, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.
Funeral services were held at Carthage First Baptist Church Sunday, May 17, 2009, at 3 p.m. with Pastor Sammy Frye officiating. Burial followed at Cross Hill Cemetery.
Julie Barnes (1995)
Julie A. Barnes, 44, died at 10:28 p.m. May 19, 2009, at Lima Memorial Health System.
She was born Dec. 25, 1964, in Lima to Albert I. and Marilyn J. VanGundy Barnes Jr., who survive in Cridersville.
Miss Barnes worked at Heartland of Indian Lake, Lakeview. She was a member of Shawnee Alliance Church. She was a 1983 graduate of Wapakoneta High School and received her bachelor's degree from Toccoa Falls College in Georgia.
